Bd run Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Start

1. General Terms & Applicability

BD Run (bdrun.xyz) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all services, products, and user activities on the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service on BD Run, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. BD Run reserves the right to update these terms at any time — members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Account Registration & Personal Information

To open an account on bd run, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity or from the same device/IP address is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must remain active — they are required for OTP verification and important notifications.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone. bd run is not responsible for any losses resulting from a stolen password.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support.

Withdrawals are not permitted without completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. KYC requires a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. This information is used solely for verification purposes.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on BD Run. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or taking part in any betting activity. If it is found that a minor is operating an account, that account and its entire balance will be permanently forfeited.

Additionally, accounts cannot be opened or used on bd run from countries where online betting is prohibited by law. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bd run:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (via bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• BD Run does not charge any transaction fees — however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own service charges.
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time.
• Funds sent through payment methods not approved by bd run may not be refundable.

If BD Run suspects money laundering or detects unusual transaction patterns, it may temporarily hold any transaction and request additional verification. This is in place to protect you and all other members.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules apply when placing bets and settling results on BD Run:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed.
• If a match is cancelled or the result remains undetermined, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Settlement takes place after the official result is published. If the result is subsequently changed, bd run reserves the right to issue a revised settlement.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bd run reserves the right to void that bet.
• Odds that are clearly incorrect (e.g., odds of 999.0 on a standard event) will be treated as an error and the bet may be voided.

In live betting, network delays may cause a slight gap between when a bet is accepted and the actual event. The bd run server time is final.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bd run offers various types of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, tournament prizes, and more. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after you have placed a specified amount in bets — typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Every bonus has a specific expiry period — once the deadline passes, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• BD Run reserves the right to cancel bonuses if suspicious bonus activity is detected — such as repeatedly placing low-risk bets in the same pattern to clear a bonus.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts or different accounts belonging to the same person is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD Run. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using betting software, bots, or any automated tools.
• Chip dumping or coordinated betting between different accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
• Harassing other users or support staff through threats, abusive language, or cyber harassment.
• Running fraudulent operations using BD Run's brand, logo, or identity.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

BD Run may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of rule violations.
• If KYC verification has not been completed or fraudulent documents have been submitted.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or responsible gaming).
• At the direction of legal authorities.

If there is any valid balance in the account before it is closed, it will generally be returned — however, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

However, your information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• Upon a valid request from a legal authority.
• With an approved third-party verifier during the KYC verification process.
• With payment providers to process payment transactions.

10. Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Bd run reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
